How to Fix Adobe Deactivate/Updates Greyed Out Error
Trying to update your Adobe Photoshop CS6, Adobe Illustrator CS6 or other Adobe CS6 products, but found out that the items for Product Registration, Deactivate and Updates are greyed out. Follow the steps below to solve the greyed out issue for Product Registration, Deactivate and Updates options in Adobe products such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and so on.
1. Open up Adobe Bridge
2. Go to “Help” > “Updates
3. It will launch Adobe Application Manager for update
4. Updates your Adobe’s software.
That’s it. It’s not necessary to perform updates from the product update menu, Adobe Application Manager will do the jobs for you.
